Owings Mills, MD--NVR, Inc., owner of homebuilding and mortgage banking companies, has introduced the Mozart, a new townhome model built by NVR's Ryan Homes division, at the Park Place development in Owings Mills.
An announcement from NVR describes the model as featuring "elegant simplicity and functionality in a convenient setting." Features include a country kitchen with the option to add a gourmet prep island, and an open living room with the option of a powder room. The Mozart also offers nine-foot ceilings and a second-floor laundry. Included in the three-bedroom model is an owners suite with a walk-in closet. Several customization options, such as a recreation room and study, are also available
According to NVR, the Ryan Homes at Park Place are fully ENERGY STAR® Qualified, yielding monthly utility bills up to 30% lower than standard homes, according to the EPA. The homes also carry 10-year structural warranties and are independently inspected for quality by a third-party inspector.
The announcement describes Park Place as a townhome community featuring upscale urban design built within a wooded enclave, located in walking distance from the Light Rail, dining, shopping and entertainment.
